Introduction

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and management of gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by the company through our website https://stproducts.com (the “Site”). By purchasing, accepting, or using our company’s Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Issuance and Redemption

The company’s Gift Cards are issued in U.S. dollars and can be purchased and redeemed only at https://stproducts.com for eligible products. Gift Cards are closed-loop and single-use — they may only be used to purchase products sold directly by the company and cannot be used at other merchants. Gift Cards may be used for multiple transactions until the balance reaches zero. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards. Gift Cards are not reloadable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred, except where required by law.

2. Value and Denominations

Gift Cards may be purchased in available denominations listed on our site. The total amount issued to a single individual in one day may not exceed $500 USD. The company reserves the right to limit the number or value of Gift Cards purchased by any individual or entity.

3. Expiration and Fees

The company’s Gift Cards do not expire, and no service or inactivity fees apply. Any expiration date printed on a Gift Card refers only to the card’s code format, not the underlying funds.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Treat your Gift Card like cash.  The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of any Gift Card. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced except at our discretion and only with proof of purchase and the original purchaser’s details. The company reserves the right to refuse to honor any Gift Card suspected of being obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Refunds and Returns

Purchases made with a Gift Card are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy. If you return a product originally purchased with a Gift Card, the refunded amount will be issued as store credit or a replacement Gift Card, not cash. Gift Card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

6. Use Restrictions

Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or credit (except where required by law); used to make fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purchases; used to compensate customers for unshipped merchandise instead of a proper refund; or re-sold, advertised, or exchanged for value without prior written consent from the company.

7. Balance and Inquiry

You can check your remaining balance by visiting your Gift Card confirmation email or contacting us at customercare@schtre.com. Balances are maintained electronically; no physical cards are required for redemption.

8. Fraud Prevention

The company reserves the right to refuse, deactivate, or cancel any Gift Card suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms; request additional verification information prior to activation or redemption; or limit quantities or suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity.

9. Unclaimed Property

Balances remaining on Gift Cards may be subject to unclaimed property or escheatment laws. Where required by law, the company will remit such amounts to the appropriate state authority.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Gift Cards are issued and managed by the company. Shopify Inc. provides software and payment processing services but does not issue, manage, or guarantee Gift Cards. The company is solely responsible for honoring Gift Cards and maintaining accurate funding equal to outstanding balances.

11. Modification or Termination

The company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Gift Card program at any time, with or without notice. In such cases, remaining active balances will continue to be honored in compliance with applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in our main Terms of Service.
