microfiber yoga mat towel with silicone grip

I love quick dry towels for use in my infrared sauna, but many of them lack friction when used for sitting on the wooden bench. Not this one, though! The waffle-print design and the silicone grip combine to keep the towel in place so nicely! The fabric is very comfortable, with an absorbent nature that dries quickly. I like the understated grey color, also - looks like a stylish towel.

The material feels soft and absorbent. It wicks away moisture without feeling soggy, and it washes perfectly no shrinkage or fading after several uses. The set includes both pink and grey towels they have a smooth side and a grip side. Fells almost like the bottom of a sock grip. It is a towel so it is thin so any long periods on your back might not feel the best. But for standing and stretching its amazing. It has incredible grip to my tile or concrete floor garage. The fabric is vibrant in color and folds easily, does have some weight to them. Amazing towels!!

These yoga mat towels are really nice overall and the colors are pretty. They have a great size and the silicone grip works well, so I don’t slip even during hot yoga or sweaty workouts. They’re soft and absorbent, and having a 2-pack is really convenient. My only issue is that they feel a bit thin compared to some other towels I’ve used, so they don’t provide much extra cushioning on the mat. They still do the job, but I wish they were a little thicker.

Becoming empty nesters were trying many new things. One of them is Yoga. We have our own mats but we also sometimes use the studio mats. While our local studio is very clean we do like to put down a towel between us and the mat. Our regular bath towels are just not the right size and then we found these yoga towels! We love them. They are soft and absorbent and are sized for a standard mat (in the pictures you'll see our mats are slightly larger than standard). They seem to be made from good quality cloth and look like grippy towels we've seen in some spas. They also have a grippy backing so they do not slide around when you’re trying to balance in more complex poses. The double pack was perfect so we each have one on our yoga bags. We also like the grippy backing in case we want to put it down on the carpet or hard wood floor. It stays right in place. The towels wash nicely and dry quickly.

If you tend to get sweaty while doing yoga, either because it's hot yoga, or you just happen to someone who sweats a lot, you don't want to get any of that on your mat, both because it can be embarrassing, but also because it can cause you to slip. So a good towel is essential, and these towels absolutely get the job done. I've used them multiple times, and they stay PUT. Literally did not move off my mat at all. They're also pretty comfortable, being just thick enough so that you barely feel the anti-slip grips on the bottom (at least when it's on a mat - if on bare floor, you can feel them). After you're done with a session, they're easy to clean, and even after a dozen rounds in the laundry, there doesn't seem to be any quality degradation. From a functionality perspective, they're great, and I just wish there were more color options, because I'd be all over blue or green ones.
